Updating payment card details for Adyen subscriptions

If your payment card is about to expire or has expired, follow these steps to update your details for your Adyen subscriptions:

1. Log into your Amasty account.
2. Go to the Subscriptions tab and Navigate to the Update Credit Card for Adyen Payments section. Click on Update Credit Card.
   
   
3. A list of your active Adyen subscriptions will be displayed. All are selected by default, but you can choose specific ones if needed.
   
4. After selecting the subscriptions you want to update, click "Update." A pop-up will appear for you to enter your card details.
   
5. Enter your card information and click "Confirm Credit Card." If required, complete a 3D Secure step. A success message will confirm the update.

Updating payment card details for Stripe subscriptions

If your payment card linked to your Stripe subscriptions is expiring or has expired, follow these steps:

1. Please contact our support team.
2. We will send you a secure link to update your card details for the following subscriptions with upcoming payments.
