Whilst this extension package has a lot of nice features and easy to customize front end look and filter by various attributes, it has a massive impact on load times for those sites with large catalog 200k+ products i would not recommend it to, for small shops maybe ok. I hope Amasty test this extension with a large product database and improve it.

Is is great extension, flexible for SEO and works with ElasticSearch. The biggest advantage i see is the integrity, when you have multiple extensions - all works and no conflicts. Support is good and accurate - but sometimes faster response would be appreciated. Some of your competitors usually reply to tickets within 2-4 working hours, where at Amasty sometimes takes 1-2 days. Don't get me wrong - if we would not be happy, we would not use your extensions :) It is much better when everything works and no support is needed - instead of fast support, but too many issues. Keep up the good work!

Still, the plugin is rather heavy. This hurts page loading time, so another dozen just left my shop without completing order. Oh, can’t but mention great seo settings of urls and category names. Partly because of this my store landed on1st google search page for several products. Still, hope you guys will do something to make the extension lighter.

Fantastic extension!

I was looking for the best way to filter different product attributes. This extension does exactly that i need, For the price and other filters with numeric options i use the price range and 'from – to' widget. I also set More/Less buttons with fixed # of unfolded options and the scrolling for the filters with too many options. It works like a charm!

A turnkey solution

This is a very flexible tool for those who operate huge catalogs with dozens categories and subcategories. What I like most is the that the app is being constantly updated absorbing tons of handy options. The category tree works just perfect for our store accurately arranging subcategories and making the whole navigation bar really easy to navigate. However, the module requires days to be properly set up, and you'll hardly avoid asking for support assistance, it's really worth the pain.

The module does offer attractive options like swatches, attributes mapping, pics for subcategories an' can really boost ux. Some regular buyers wrote me many good reviews about new filters that help them find needed goods much faster. The only problem is lack of compatibility with some 3rd party products. I was worried cause I already bought elastic dearch from another vendor. Luckily support guys here told me it’s not problem an’ tweaked their compatibility so now I use 2 tools together with no troubles.

The module itself is very-very feature rich. On the one hand, this is exactly what we needed for our new site on magento2, on the other hand, not all options work right out of the box. Yep, the support is extremely helpful, they react to my emails within a couple of hours and go to pains to fix the issues I report. But for the price I paid I hoped to get a spotlessly clean plugin which would run as described. Or maybe I'm too picky? Anyway, this the best navigation plugin on the market at the moment and all minor issues don't prevent the whole plugin from work.

I've just installed the module for magento2 (previously I used the same tool for magento1). The module runs well, despite its complexity, but I was a bit surprised when found that there were no SEO options for long urls with a key which I used for magento1 store. Luckily the support guys helped me with this problem. I wish this information were added to module documentation to help all clients like me in one go.

Installed the app about 6 months ago. At first, the options left much to be desired - the functionality was very limited. But a great plus is that the guys at Amasty release updates almost weekly, so now my poor navigation has turned into a feature-rich app. Even though I've got some issues with a categories tree, I give 5 stars to the tool, as at the moment you'll hardly find something better at the market. And yes, your support was awesome, as usual.
