You can reactivate your canceled support subscription through your customer account by clicking "Renew Subscription." Please note that starting in August 2024, a re-subscription fee will be applied when reactivating a support subscription.
The re-subscription fee is a charge applied if you cancel your monthly or annual support plan and then decide to re-subscribe. The fee is 30% of your monthly payment for monthly support subscriptions and 10% for annual support subscriptions. This fee will be charged automatically when you re-subscribe after a cancellation.
