This is the first time I've ever paid for an extension. To start with I was having a problem processing the payment so I sent an email to support. I had a reply within an hour with a custom payment link which I thought was great. Overall support is incredible, and the extension does exactly what it needs to, this will cut my clients order processing time down 100 fold. Literally two buttons to process all orders and print shipping labels/invoices. It does surprise me however that this functionality isn't standard with Magento. Thanks Amasty

I used to spend too much time managing the orders. This extension saves me lot of time. You just "check" the orders, and then you can either "caputre payment", or "capture payment and ship", etc. Whether you have 10 orders or 1,000 orders, it will take you the SAME AMOUNT OF TIME to complete all the orders. In other words, a few seconds. This is absolutely needed for everybody.

This is one of the first extensions I bought because we sell affordable jewelry, and we usually have a lot of small orders which are handled in packs, and the extension lets you actually do that instead of going from order to order. What is more, it saves everything from the order grid so it’s much faster as orders themselves load slower. Not long ago the vendor added notifications for order changes (which was a very desired feature) and after that I decided to write the review because we also need a tracking link shown on the grid.

I installed this extension on Magento 1.7 and worked out of the box. We only needed the shipment feature so that we can create several shipments without clicking through all the orders. Unfortunately there were 2 conflicts with other extensions but they were fixed within 2-3 hours by their support desk. I noticed they had already made a modification so that it wouldn't have the conflict but we customized the other extension which caused the conflict.
