Edit Key Information to Reduce Order Cancellation
Unlike the standard Magento functionality about edit orders after they are placed, our extension provides the ability to make changes to orders that have already been sent:
Order Data
Allow the admin to update various order details such as:
- Billing and shipping addresses;
- Add new products remove existing products;
- Change the quantity of items within an order.
Changes in Shipping and Payment methods, Prices and Discounts
Admin can change the payment method or the shipping method after an order has been placed if needed. It is also available to change the prices of individual items within the order if a discount or price adjustment is needed after the order is placed.
Update Products Configuration
For configurable products, the admin can change the needed parameters (e.g., size, color) without needing to create a new order.
Customer’s Data
Allows the admin to update various order details such as DOB or email.
